How many times have you run into a problem on your PC that you couldn't solve? If we can't do it immediately we will either research your problem and get an answer for you, or we will direct you on to someone who can solve your problem. And if we can't solve your problem, we won't charge you for our time. Company ProfileOur principal has been using computers since the '70s, working with every type of desktop machine from Atari, Apple and Processor Technology computers of that distant day to the mega-fast PCs and MACs of today. Today he maintains a number of clients with equipment ranging from small-office mixed networks of PC and Macintosh computers to home users that just want to get more out of their computer. These systems include software ranging from the Windows XP & Vista to Macintosh OS X to the more familiar Office word-processing and spreadsheet applications. Recognizing that none of his generation was born with a computer in their right hand, he has been called upon by associates from secretaries to executives to make sense of a new world for them, to help them accomplish simple to complex tasks ranging from installing hardware, software and operating systems to installing and administering computers, servers and networks in homes and small businesses. The major asset he brings to the table is the ability to explain what is going on (or went on) to those who haven't a clue.
