  • Often the solution to your problem is a "quick fix." You don't need to pay someone to spend an hour on the road to get to your office, when the solution is just a matter of knowing where to go, in which program to accomplish what you need. Frequently we can help you on the phone.
  • And then the problem may be that you do not have the software you need on your computer to do what you want to do. You may need someone to come to your office to look at your computer, but often this can be determined by just a brief conversation on the phone.
  • And if it is not just a quick fix, or a matter of understanding that you do not have what you need to accomplish the job, you may actually need us to bring something with us to accomplish the job. Wouldn't it be nice if we actually brought  it with us, rather then having to go and get it after we arrived at your office.
